Modalities:

Members must book modalities at least 3 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

Massage:

Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Guests are welcome when using a valid guest pass included in a member’s plan.

Guests may access modalities such as ice baths, infrared sauna, Normatec compression, active recovery equipment, recovery classes, and any premium services the member chooses to share.

​

If a member’s plan includes a limited number of premium sessions (e.g., red light therapy, localized cryotherapy, cupping), those sessions may be shared with a guest at the member’s discretion.

All guests must complete a waiver on their first visit.

Modalities:

We ask modalities be canceled at least 3 hours in advance.
There is no cancellation fee, but we kindly ask that you only reserve time slots you fully intend to use so others have a chance to book.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be forfeited to allow access for other members.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals later than this may not allow enough time to complete the service and may need to be rescheduled. A fee may apply in some cases.

Modalities:

Members may use as many different modalities as they'd like each day (based on availability).

Massage:

Limited to one session per day per member.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel anytime after the 2-month minimum. To avoid future charges, submit your cancellation before your next billing date.

Pause Policy:
You may pause your membership for up to 3 consecutive months. After 3 months, if no reactivation occurs, the membership will be automatically canceled.

​

While Paused:

• You will not be billed during your pause period.

• You will not have access to services while paused.

• You may reactivate your membership anytime by contacting us.
